Our delivery team will assess the delivery path and advise if they feel there may be extraordinary challenges. In this case, they will ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging that the delivery may result in minor damage to a wall, etc and that you wish to proceed with the delivery. Please be assured great care will be taken to avoid any damage.
If you purchase a new mattress & box spring from us and would like us to remove your old one, please let us know at the time of purchase. There will be a $75.00 fee added to your invoice for mattress removal.
We only remove mattresses and boxsprings, no exceptions.
If you would like to pick up your order directly, we will be happy to help you load your vehicle during regular store hours. Some exceptions may apply.
We will call you the day before your scheduled delivery date to confirm an approximate delivery time. Please make sure someone 16 years or older is at home to accept the delivery.
If you have a confirmed delivery appointment, but are not there to receive it, you will be charged an additional delivery fee of $75.00.
If you cancel a delivery appointment on the day of delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery fee of $75.00.
An order may be canceled within 3 working days of the date it was placed, providing the customer has not taken delivery.
When an order is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable but will be credited to the customer’s account.

Helpful tips to ensure a successful delivery:
Measure your room (make sure you include door openings!) to ensure the furniture will fit. Take any hallways, steps, stairways, and landings into account.
In order for our truck to get as close to your home as possible, please park your car on the street, if necessary, to allow the truck to get into your driveway. Please restrain pets and make sure toys and other items are removed from areas where our delivery team might walk.
Please advise our sales staff, in advance, of any obstacles such as loose gravel on a driveway, hanging tree limbs, onsite construction issues, or restricted parking so that they may notify our delivery department.
If you live in an apartment or condominium building, please make any necessary arrangements. Remember to reserve the elevator, if applicable, so that we may pull up to the building and unload in a quick, efficient manner.
Please clear the delivery area by removing existing furniture and any artwork from walls in tight areas. We’re sorry but our delivery team is unable to move your personal belongings as we are not insured for this.

Whenever possible, the products supplied by Furniture Walk are tried and tested. However, we cannot accept responsibility or attest to the quality, durability or appearance of those items our customers choose to special order.
Bedding products are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the mattress and foundation set, and only covers manufacturing defects in a mattress or foundation when the set is subject to proper handling and normal use in conjunction with a bed frame that provides continuous support. Please read and keep the information that comes attached to your bed at the time of delivery. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain your sales invoice for any warranty issues. Without this copy, we cannot submit a claim to the manufacturer.
Not all manufacturers offer warranties on their products. However, in cases that comply with factory warranty, we will work on your behalf, if necessary, to rectify any product flaws. In cases that do not have a manufacturer warranty, Furniture Walk offers our own 3 month warranty on all purchases, providing there is no evidence of misuse. After this 3 month period, when the warranty coverage is no longer in effect, all service work will be subject to a fee.
