Special Orders

Furniture Walk offers a comprehensive special-order service, at no additional charge, for customers with accounts in good standing.

General delivery time is 8 – 10 weeks. It is important to note, however, that production cycles of various manufacturers vary. A more accurate delivery estimate can usually be supplied during the time frame when the order is placed. Certain smaller orders may take longer- as there is an increased damage risk and, thus, impractical to ship alone. A special order cannot be cancelled once it is in production.

We require a 40% deposit on all special orders. The balance is not billed to the customer until the order arrives- at which time, our general financing rules apply. We request that customers take delivery of all special orders promptly upon arrival.

Our cancellation policy:

An order may be cancelled within 3 working days, providing customer has not taken delivery. Please keep in mind, when an order is cancelled, the down payment or deposit is non refundable and will be credited to the customer’s account. If you’ve confirmed a delivery appointment and your furniture is on the truck for delivery on the day as scheduled- you may not cancel the delivery without being assessed an extra $75 charge for non-delivery of goods. If you have confirmed a delivery appointment but are not at home to receive it, a $75 surcharge will apply. We DO NOT accept returns once a customer has taken delivery of a special order.
